Nothing says spring quite like a pansy. Yes, the spring bulbs are coming up, but it's fun to make those first trips to the garden center, looking for something new.
This has been a pretty busy week knitting-wise. Finished the first charity baby hat -- but I think it's too big for a newborn. It's 72 stitches; next time, we'll try fewer (56 and 64) for small and medium sizes. And
finally, sock 1 of the SAM5 April socks is done -- just a week left to finish sock 2.......... Specific details (patterns/yarns) can be found in my ravelry projects.
Most knitting time was spent on Mystic Light clue 4. Just one more clue to go (YES!). Hopefully it'll be finished and blocked while the weather is still cool.
