Upcycling

While at the New England Fiber Festival last November, we spotted (and bought) some upcycled shopping bags made from grain bags.  I believe it was from this vendor.

And when I emptied our latest bag of bird seed, then saw a link to this blog about making a bag......I knew I had to give it a try.

They really are fun to make -- and a great way of using those big bags.  Some of the bags are really fun -- too bad we only feed birds (and not chickens, ducks, horses, etc) -- that only results in a couple bags a year at most.
