Back in the Designer Saddle

I finally finished my latest shawl design and sample -- now it's just a matter of updating the pattern and doing a photo shoot.  I wore my sample at the New England Fiber Festival and was quite happy with how it turned out.

So I moved on to a hat/cowl/mitt set.  The prototypes are done so I started knitting samples in a soft merino/alpaca blend is a warm rose color (the color is much rosier in person).

And have you heard about Craft Friday?  Forget Black Friday shopping and crazed consumerism and join the handcrafted movement.  Lots more fun and less stressful.
