Winter Wonderland

We're on the third blowable (snow-blowable) snow event of the week. Enough already. We have enough for a white Christmas -- that's more than enough.

But I did finish the last Christmas knitted object. My first finished pair of socks (unless you count the pair of stockings to hang by the chimney with care that I made about 25 years ago). They're the 56 Stitch, 56 Row Sock in Idena Crazy yarn, color 007. I know the stripes don't match perfectly and the toe is a little square. They look enormous -- but they fit me (meaning I must have big feet, of course).

Too bad they're a gift -- I could use them while out shoveling today. And I need to better way to show off socks.
