Rain, Rain Go Away......

It's raining again. Yes it's good for the grass and plants. And yes, it allows for guilt-free knitting and sewing. But it would be nice to have a little sun. That means the spring flowers are very slowly coming out, but there's some action in the protected spots around the house. Bleeding hearts are always pretty.
The Mystic Light shawl is done with the knitting phase (all five clues). We need a sunny day to block it though (spreading it out outside will solve the problem of a beauty thinking it's a blanket).
So since that's done, two new projects are underway. A Lace Ribbon scarf and the Slow Bee Mystery Shawl 1. The knit-along for the shawl starts on 11 May, but the swatch is complete. Amazingly enough, the shawl requires ~3.5 cakes of yarn like this. Aiiiiyyyyyy. But I'm not doing the beads. I'm not totally crazy........
