The Panic Before the Storm

The forecast for Friday was for 10-12 inches of snow. Such a forecast always seems to cause a major run on the grocery store -- as if the stores will never open again. Foolishly, we decided to go to Costco on Thursday -- we needed to replenish after last week's power outage spoiled everything in the fridge. It was a madhouse. Look at this line.....at least it moved pretty quickly -- they're very efficient at the registers.


Yes -- those are our M&Ms. We ended up with about 10-11 inches of snow. I think I've had enough winter already.
