Some of the shrubs around the patio have always seemed kind of blah -- why did the previous owners plant them??? This year we finally realized what this one brings to the party.......it's almost fluorescent in its coloring....really spectacular.

Fall Foliage Friday
Our spring and summer seasons were both very wet.....resulting in a really great fall foliage season. It's been raining leaves for the past few days.....meaning we'll be spending the weekend sucking them up for compost. Good thing I can just ride around on my little lawn tractor and crunch and scoop them.
