It's a Good Thing Pixels are Free

I've been playing with my camera and new tripod a lot this week. And it's a good thing that pixels are free (well....once you have a camera). I've taken and downloaded hundreds of pictures this week (yes, hundreds). First of all, my new tripod....a gorillapod. Small, but oh so flexible.

With the tripod, I've been trying all sorts of auto features.....like taking 9 shots in rapid succession....as if I had a model. I used my faithful assistant (aka Arizona, 19 years old). She doesn't really move a whole lot. But at least I got practice using the camera!
