I have the Ice Queen cowl in my queue and picked up the yarn this past weekend. Michael's was advertising beads on sale -- so I decided to try to pick them up so I'm ready to start once the SAM5 Jan socks are on the sock blockers (well -- once I get them). I was shocked to find that the beads are kept under lock and key. Not only did I have to find a clerk to unlock them (after he retrieved the key) -- but he had to carry them to the checkout for me. YIKES. And these are $2.99 for a bag of 32. That's pretty sad - having to lock up little bags of beads because so many people are stealing them. But here's the yarn and beads -- I liked the multicolor ones I saw on Ravelry.
Someone is waiting for me to come sit with her and knit. I can never figure out how she decides where to snooze at any given time. Beanbag, couch, bed? Decisions, decisions........

Ah, can you imgaine a life so tough that your hardest decision is where to take a nap?
Your house must be kitty heaven, with all the quilts, fuzzy socks and yarn around!
Yes, to live the life of one of our feline friends.
I wish I could nap, too! :)
Wow, locking up beads. (I bet it was Jeanne Bice's team doing the lifting...hehe)
Always said that if there was such a thing as reincarnation, I wanted to come back as a cat or dog in a good home. Eat, sleep, pampered and loved....what more could one ask.
