Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I feel like a heretic for saying this.....but I really don't like traditional chocolate chip cookies...the ones made using the recipe on the bags of chips.  Why?  a) they're too crispy and b) I don't like semi-sweet chocolate.

I saw this recipe on Pinterest (where else!) and decided to give it a go.  And she's right.  These are the best-ever chewy chocolate chip cookies.  I used milk chocolate chips, but otherwise followed the recipe as written.  They're thick and chewy and not too chocolate-y.
